Criminal Minds Season 9 Episode 4 "To Bear Witness" Review:
At first i thought it was really lame because of the way they started the episode, but then about 20 minutes into it i changed my mind, if you get scared easily i recommend not watching it. Unlike the last episode "Final Shot" it was completely unpredictable and i was just sitting there in awe threw the entire episode, Well done criminal minds, well done!

The BAU meets their new section chief, Mateo Cruz, who, unbeknownst to them, shares a long work history with JJ. Cruz joins the team as they comb the streets of Baltimore for a budding serial killer who leaves victims unable to communicate.

- I Finaly figured out that the actor who played anton harris was the doctor on once upon a time, i knew he looked familiar.
